The ski patrol / rescuers of the resort you ski in.
You can ask for them at the bottom and top of all the skilifts, chairlifts, etc. or sometimes (depending on the resort) call them.

The insurance broker and claim manager
His name is "Gras Savoye Montagne", based in Grenoble (Northern Alps). In case of an accident, you should warn them by phone or internet so that your insurance cover can be used.

Travel Assistance customer service
Mondial Assistance is providing is services to people who need to be taken home after a ski accident covered by Assur'Glisse.
Call them at the following number. They might ask you a "protocol number" before registering your query. You can find this number on the "contact page" of your Assur'Glisse brochure (if you haven't kept it, ask your ski resort attendant).
